What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for rings, bracelets, necklaces, and accessories. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons — all earring sales are final.
To initiate a return, please contact us at aliaparis.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- France: 2 to 4 business days (free delivery from €50)
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands & EU: 4 to 7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days
- United States: 5 to 14 business days
