RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: February 16, 2026

At ALÏA PARIS JEWELRY, we want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns (7-Day Window)

You may return the following items within 7 days of delivery:

  • Rings
  • Bracelets
  • Necklaces
  • Accessories (clutches, etc.)

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Earrings
    • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned once shipped. All earring sales are final.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at aliaparis.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will issue a full refund including return shipping costs.

Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
