1. SHIPPING ZONES
We ship our jewelry and accessories to the following destinations:
France (Metropolitan)

European Union

2. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- France: 2-4 business days
- Benelux & EU Countries: 4-7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
- United States: 5-14 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Free Shipping: Available for orders to France meeting minimum order requirements €50.
5. TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
6. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (International Orders)
For EU orders: No additional customs fees or import duties apply.
For UK orders: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by UK customs authorities.
For USA orders: Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by US customs authorities.
7. DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your email] with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. ORDER MODIFICATIONS
