These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through aliaparisjewelry.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
- All jewelry and accessories are described and photographed as accurately as possible
- Prices are displayed in EUR and include all applicable taxes (VAT)
- Prices may be modified at any time but orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation
- Special offers and promotions are valid for the period indicated
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
- Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
- We accept [Shop pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Cartes Bancaires, Apple Pay, PayPal Wallet]
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments
- Order confirmation is sent by email
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
In accordance with French consumer law (Code de la consommation), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without penalty.
Exceptions: Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons (final sale).
To exercise this right:
- Notify us within 14 days of receipt
- Return items in original condition with tags and packaging
- Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective
6. DELIVERY
- Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery

7. WARRANTIES
- All products benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
